$55 surgery (flat rate for all dogs and cats) offered at Advanced Pet Care (www.apcnv.com) in Sparks one weekend a month. Program is available to Nevada residents with a total household income below $25,000 per year. Animals scheduled for surgery may also recieve low cost vaccines ($15 per vaccine), micro chipping, and heartworm testing. Valid proof of income must be provided at surgery check-in.
