HCWS offers low-cost spay/neuter services to that segment of the population that is unable to afford full-price vet services. The HCWS Outreach Program targets specific areas for no-cost spay/neuter services based upon input from Animal Control and internal criteria.
Note: The HCWS Spay & Neuter Clinic is not a full-service vet clinic and does not provide wellness services or vaccines outside of those done at the same time as surgery.
HCWS staff uses internal criteria that includes breed information, HCWS finances, and other factors to determine eligibility for financial assistance.
